I’m Nancy Assad Barsoum

the owner and founder of Creative Capital Concierge.

My expertise in the mortgage lending and real estate sector has developed over a career spanning 3 decades with a family history in the field far longer. I have been honored to work with some of the largest names in lending including Washington Mutual Bank, WMC Mortgage Corp, Countrywide/Bank of America, and Velocity Mortgage Corp, mainly on the secondary/wholesale channel. Through roles in loan servicing, loss mitigation and business development, I learned early-on the responsibility of managing the balancing act of a focus on increased sales, while simultaneously protecting the interests of the homeowner, the lender, and the submitting broker. I am proud to say during that time I have sold upwards of 500 million dollars of mortgage money ethically with less than a 1% default rate.

Throughout my career I have taken apart and put back together hundreds of thousands of loan profiles from the lens of the homeowner, the commissioned agent, risk management, underwriting and capital markets. I understand both the macro and micro-objectives, as well as the fundamental elements needed to effectively navigate a path to wealth in real estate investing.

I am passionate about promoting socio-economic equality and believe that protecting a free market enterprise through entrepreneurship and Real Property ownership is one of the most stable and tangible sources of attaining that.
